Thanks, Maria: But it is the TYPE of red meat, such as meat from sick animals at gigantic "factory farms" vs healthy animals from smaller, grass fed, free range, organic farms!
Free range and grass fed is definitely better, as I’ve written elsewhere. But even factory meat is better than no meat. Having said that, US factory farms are bigger and worse than farms in the UK, where grass feeding is still the norm.
