Do we need to bake or cook meat well done or medium instead of rare to make it even more nutritious?
Good question, and I’m not entirely sure I know the answer. Obviously some meats need to be cooked thoroughly, like chicken, and others like beef can be rare. My guess is that even rare would be enough to release the nutrients.
So true! And raw vegetables and fruit can also be contaminated with some rather nasty bacteria and parasite eggs.
So you get the bugs minus the nutrients!
