Full fat yogurt is hard to find, save the pricey food stores like Whole (Paycheck) Foods. Whole Fat from grass-fed cattle is ever rarer. Whenever I find it I buy a big tub and binge for a few days. I like to spoon it over blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries. Better than the sugar-laden offerings in the stores, and healthy as well..

That is shocking. At least here full fat is readily available. Nothing beats the taste of a creamy, Greek-style yogurt (sorry to remind you).

It's not organic or grass fed, but Aldi Happy Farms full fat plain, Greek yogurt is very good and inexpensive.

Thanks, good tip. Fortunately our local Costco has started carrying a huge tub of full fat Indian style yogurt for a great price. They’ve also had some full-fat AND grass-fed, but that’s probably a one-off.

That's great.! My Costco only carries organic non-fat. I was really pleased when I discovered the Aldi brand , and it was good. I wish it was organic, but that's hard to find. Grass fed is nearly impossible, and if you can find it, it's ridiculously expensive.

I really appreciate this. I rejected low fat no fat years ago in favor of full fat versions. There is so much misinformation on this issue. Thank you for setting the record straight.
